wonderful walks to parks and local BBQ gems await
My stay here was delightful, as I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning and was just a few steps away from Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q, which made for an awesome dining experience after a long day of walking and exploring around the city.

This was just a prime choice for a weekend excursion in Birmingham with good value for cost. The breakfast area was too crowded which made it hard to get to the waffle maker. Be prepared for busy mornings with little space to sit down.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and its convenient location near the hospital. The staff was friendly and helpful, although the breakfast could use some variety. Be prepared for possible noise at night, so pack earplugs for a better sleep experience.

The location is convenient, with easy access to restaurants and a well-maintained pool. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, especially the night manager, who went out of his way to help us with our late check-in and laundry needs. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was lacking, and we had issues with noise from neighboring rooms. Breakfast options were limited by the time we arrived. Overall, a decent stay, but improvements in cleanliness and breakfast offerings are necessary.

Strongly recommend for a short break
Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and a well-kept facility with nice hot water pressure made my stay enjoyable, while the breakfast offered several options to fuel my day of exploring the area.
Limited breakfast options.

The hotel was super clean and near great spots like the botanical gardens and the local BBQ joint. Housekeeping was friendly, and we loved the smoking area outside. Breakfast could use more options, but we enjoyed waffles. I'd recommend it for a fun group getaway.
We were disrupted by noisy kids in the next room, and the floor in our new room needed a serious clean. Definitely looked like it needed more care.

Great hospitality made it a memorable stay!
The staff were incredibly accommodating during my stay, especially the manager who helped with a late check-in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was decent with various options available, making it a good start to the day. However, the sound insulation could use improvement, as noise from adjacent rooms was a bit disruptive at times.

I really liked the cleanliness of the room. The bed felt comfy, and the amenities like the mini fridge and microwave were super handy. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, allowing me to catch up on some work. The staff members were friendly and always had a smile, especially Maxine at the front desk, who made me feel welcomed. Breakfast choices were decent but ran low pretty quickly. Only found waffles and some muffins left around 8:15. The location could use some improvement. there wasn't much to do nearby, and driving was necessary for everything. The hotel could also benefit from additional staff during busy hours since that seemed to impact service a bit. Overall, a solid choice for a short stay.
